The resort describes them as "Exquisitely decorated Villa Rooms offering lush garden view or ocean view featuring: King or Queen beds, Air conditioning + ceiling fan, Satellite TV and Music selection, Telephone, Safety deposit box, Bathroom with shower, Coffee maker, Blow dryer and Balcony or terrace. There are 110 rooms in these two categories. Jacuzzi Suite The resort describes them as having: One king bed, Air conditioning + ceiling fan, Satellite TV and Music selection, Telephone, Safety deposit box, Spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi large enough for two couples, Coffee maker, Blow dryer, Welcome bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, Use of bathrobes, and a Balcony or terrace. Passion Suite The resort describes them as containing a Bedroom with King bed, Sensual living room connecting with the bedroom, Daily Continental Breakfast on terrace, Daily afternoon Hors d' oeuvres with sparkling wine on terrace, Air conditioning + ceiling fan, Satellite TV and Music selection, Telephone, Safety deposit box, Coffee maker, Blow dryer, Spacious bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi large enough for two couples, Welcome bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, Use of bathrobes, Spacious ocean view terrace suitable for leisurely breakfast and romantic dinners. 
The Desire Resort & Spa is not actually a total new construction, rather a total "top to bottom" re-work and update of a previously existing property. There is some new room construction as well as many amenities that previously did not exist. 
Some of the areas are au naturel or nude but most of the resort's grounds do require some type of clothing. In those cases, the resort is CASUAL, with beachwear the norm from thongs to shorts. Most guys and girls wear shorts, T shirts, cover-ups, see throughs and polos for meals during the day but in the evenings you can expect anything and everything from casual to leather and lace depending on what the evenings theme may be. Some may actually "dress up" for dinner although it's not required. Most combinations of undress are found on the beach and around the water sports areas. Generally, the main pool, a jacuzzi deck and a major portion of the beach are nude or clothing optional. Since this is a totally new resort we expect that the guests for the first few weeks and months may have a lot to say in developing the nudity policy... so expect clothing optional to expand to at least some other areas as well.
